Not acrylic. Not tile. Not ordinary fiberglass. Brickyard Composite Shower Systems are custom manufactured for homeowners, accessibility clients, contractors, agencies, and property owners who need a durable, attractive, low-maintenance shower solution.
Why Brickyard Composite Showers?
Most shower systems force customers to choose between plain factory panels, grout-heavy tile, or expensive specialty systems with limited colors and sizes.
Brickyard Composite Shower Systems are different. Each system is custom built using reinforced composite construction and a hand-finished surface. The result is a rigid, waterproof, repairable shower system designed for long-term residential and accessibility use.
Triple-Reinforced Construction
Built with woven fiberglass, fiberglass mesh, and a thickened epoxy adhesive composite layer before the final design pour and top coat.
ADA-Focused Design
Available for roll-in showers, transfer showers, shower chairs, grab bars, and aging-in-place bathroom layouts.
Custom Color Finishes
Choose standard marble-look colors, designer finishes, metallic effects, or custom color combinations.
High-Traction Pans
Solid color and flake shower pans are available with light, medium, aggressive, or extreme texture levels.
No Grout Joints
A smooth, low-maintenance wall system helps eliminate grout lines commonly found in tile showers.
Repairable Surface
If cosmetic damage occurs years later, many surface issues may be repairable without replacing the entire shower.
Built Different From Standard Shower Surrounds
Many shower surrounds are thin, flexible, factory-molded products. Brickyard Composite Shower Systems are built as a heavier-duty custom composite product with reinforced layers, custom finish options, and repairable surface technology.
- Acrylic surrounds can feel hollow or flexible.
- Tile can look beautiful but requires grout maintenance.
- Factory shower systems may have limited colors and sizes.
- Brickyard composite systems are custom built, reinforced, repairable, and designed around the project.
Unlike many factory shower systems, Brickyard offers custom color options, custom sizing options, and repairable finish technology.
Triple-Reinforced Composite Construction
Every Brickyard Composite Shower System is built with a reinforced multi-layer process. We combine woven fiberglass reinforcement, fiberglass square mesh reinforcement, and a thickened epoxy adhesive composite layer before the final custom design pour and protective top coat are applied.
Structural Base Preparation
The wall or pan system is prepared for reinforcement and final finishing.
Woven Fiberglass Layer
A woven fiberglass layer adds strength and stability.
Fiberglass Square Mesh Layer
A fiberglass mesh layer helps distribute force and reinforce the system.
Thickened Epoxy Adhesive Composite Layer
A thickened epoxy adhesive mix is applied as part of the composite bonding system.
Custom Design Pour & Protective Top Coat
The selected marble-look, solid, flake, metallic, or designer finish is created, then protected with a top coat.
This reinforced build process is why Brickyard Composite Shower Systems feel solid, look custom, and can often be repaired instead of replaced.

Custom Color Policy
Every Brickyard Composite Shower System is custom manufactured for the specific customer, project, size, and finish selection.
Standard finish collections are available. Custom colors and designer finishes are available for an additional charge.
One approved production finish is included with each custom order. Because every custom finish is hand-created, natural variation in color movement, marble pattern, flake distribution, metallic movement, and depth is expected and is part of the custom design.
Online images, phone screens, computer screens, tablets, and printed materials may display colors differently. Customers should expect some variation between digital examples, samples, and final production.
No two custom shower systems are exactly identical.
If a customer requests a different color, different pattern, different finish, or remake after approval or production has started, additional production charges apply.
Custom colors, designer finishes, special sizes, and made-to-order shower systems cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.
Color Approval Process
Select A Collection
Choose from standard marble, designer marble, signature artistic, solid pan, or flake pan options.
Approve Finish Direction
Customer approves the selected color direction, texture, and finish category.
Sign Production Authorization
Customer signs approval before custom production begins.
Production Begins
Once materials are ordered or production begins, the custom order is non-refundable.
Final Balance
Remaining balance is due before shipment, delivery, or project completion based on the approved agreement.
Deposit and Production Terms
A 50% deposit is required before custom production begins.
Because each shower system is built specifically for the customer and project, the deposit becomes non-refundable once materials are ordered or production begins.
The remaining balance is due before shipment, delivery, or project completion, depending on the approved agreement.
Custom manufactured products cannot be returned because they are not standard stock items and are produced for one specific project.
If a customer changes color choices, design selections, finish preferences, dimensions, or specifications after approval, additional remanufacturing or change-order charges may apply.
Durability and Repairability
Brickyard Composite Shower Systems are designed for long-term use in real homes, accessibility projects, and mobility-focused bathrooms. The reinforced construction is built to feel solid, reduce flex, and support demanding bathroom environments.
In Brickyard's own shop testing, cured composite samples showed exceptional impact resistance. A cured pool-sand and epoxy composite test sample resisted visible denting during hammer-impact testing performed by Brickyard.
Unlike many thin wall surrounds or factory-molded systems, Brickyard's surface can often be repaired or refinished if cosmetic damage occurs later. That means a customer may not need to replace the entire shower system for many common surface issues.
- Triple-reinforced composite construction
- Designed for daily residential use
- Suitable for many accessibility and aging-in-place projects
- High-traction pan options
- Repairable finish technology
- Lower long-term replacement risk compared with products that require full panel replacement after damage
- No grout joints to maintain
Actual performance depends on installation conditions, support structure, use, maintenance, cleaning products, environmental conditions, and the type of damage. Abuse, improper cleaning chemicals, structural movement, plumbing leaks, flooding, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications are not covered by standard warranty terms.
Repair Instead Of Replace
One of the biggest advantages of a Brickyard Composite Shower System is repairability.
Many shower products require full panel replacement when damaged. Brickyard composite surfaces can often be repaired, refreshed, or refinished without removing the entire shower. This can reduce long-term ownership costs and help extend the useful life of the bathroom.
- Many cosmetic repairs can be localized
- Finish refresh options may be available
- Future color or surface restoration may be possible
- Repairs are evaluated case by case
- Repairability can help avoid full shower replacement
