Proposal
A written proposal confirms scope, exclusions, and expectations before work is authorized.
Scheduling
We confirm timing and coordinate crews and trade partners.
Execution
Approved work is performed on documented, respectful job sites.
Documentation & Change Management
Progress and any scope changes are documented and approved in writing.
Completion / Closeout
Work is reviewed, punched out, and closed with completion documentation.
Warranty / Follow-Up
Follow-up and warranty support where the work and program apply.
